Chapter 15: The Sunset Promise

A few years later, Arthur Vance passed away peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by his grandchildren in the home he had filled with love.
On a bright spring morning, Leo and Mia stood on the grand balcony of the newly opened *Clara Vance Community Center* in downtown Chicago. Below them, dozens of formerly unhoused families played in the green courtyard, their children laughing under the warm sun.
Mia rested her head on Leo’s shoulder. "Grandpa and Mama would be proud of you, Leo."
Leo touched the silver ring on his finger, looking up at the clear blue sky.
