Six months later, Arthur called a major press conference at the Vance Enterprises headquarters. Flanked by prominent city officials, Arthur stepped up to the podium, looking revitalized, with Leo and Mia sitting proudly in the front row with their tutors.
"For years, corporate success blinded me to what truly matters," Arthur spoke into the microphones. "While I built towers of glass, thousands of families in our city were freezing in the dark. My daughter Clara was one of them."
The room fell completely silent.
"Today, I am transferring forty percent of my personal wealth into the *Clara Vance Memorial Foundation*," Arthur announced. "We will build fifteen modern transitional housing communities across the state, equipped with full medical centers, child care, and job training programs."
