Equipped with the original legal documents hidden behind Clara’s masterworks, Julian didn't wait for Richard to strike.

The next afternoon, Julian called an extraordinary emergency meeting of the board of directors at the Chen Enterprises headquarters. The long oak conference table was packed with executives, lawyers, and shareholders. Richard sat at the head of the table, looking smug and confident.

""Julian, what is the meaning of this urgent meeting?"" Richard asked, folding his hands. ""If this is about your little ward, I suggest we keep personal matters out of the boardroom.""

Julian walked to the front of the room, plugging a flash drive into the main projector.

""This isn't about personal matters, Richard,"" Julian said calmly. ""This is about accountability.""

The large screen behind Julian lit up, displaying audited bank records, offshore transfer receipts, and signed affidavits revealing twenty years of embezzlement carried out by Richard Chen—stealing directly from Clara Vance's trust fund and the company's charity foundations.

Gasps filled the boardroom. Board members stood up in shock, pointing at the screen. Richard’s face turned ghost-white as he stared at the undeniable proof.
