The building was a marvel of modern human-centered design. Towering walls of energy-efficient glass invited natural sunlight deep into the three-story atrium. Hundreds of citizens, local leaders, and university students attended the opening ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Arthur stood in the front row, wearing a tailored navy blazer and smiling proudly. Beside him was Chloe, who had officially received an early-admission scholarship to the university's architecture department.
