Scott reached out and placed a rough, calloused hand on Julian’s shoulder, pulling him up into an embrace that felt like shattered glass and unbreakable steel.
"They used Leo’s mother to keep me silent," Scott confessed, his voice trembling. "She passed away last month. Leo was my only way out to reach you. I didn't want your money, Julian. I need your courage."
Julian wiped a stray tear, looking between the father and the son. "I built an empire because I thought I lost you. It’s all yours. Everything."
