Outside, Marcus slammed his fist onto the 'Enter' key.
Grace smiled, a sad, victorious smile. ""I don't have the drive, Nathan. Marcus does.""
Nathan’s phone buzzed. Then the guards' phones buzzed. Up in the lobby, every screen, every computer, and every television suddenly switched to a live audio feed. Nathan’s voice, clear and crisp: The water is tainted, yes. We used the town as a lab, yes. I won't let you destroy my empire!
Coupled with the audio was the massive data dump of the encrypted files, sent simultaneously to the FBI, the EPA, and every independent news outlet in the world.
