Clara stood on the stone balcony, watching the twilight. Julian walked up behind her, placing his arms around her waist, resting his chin gently on her shoulder as they watched the gentle tide below.

"What are you thinking about?" Julian asked softly.

Clara laid her hands over his. "I was thinking about the day in the graveyard. When you walked out of the fog and knelt in the mud beside me."

"I would kneel in the mud a thousand times over if it meant finding you," Julian replied, turning her gently in his arms so he could look into her eyes.

"You saved my life, Julian," she said softly.

"No, Clara," Julian smiled, leaning down to press a tender kiss to her lips. "You saved mine. You taught me how to feel, how to love, and how to truly live."

In the nursery nearby, little Leo slept peacefully, lulled by the gentle rhythm of the waves. Outside, the night fell softly over Oakhaven—a home no longer built of cold stone, but filled with the enduring warmth of love, redemption, and unspoken truth.
