""I understand,"" Arthur said after a long pause, adjusting his approach. ""Then let me ask you for a favor instead.""

He pulled out a set of blueprints from his briefcase. ""The old estate grounds have an abandoned conservatory and garden. I want to turn it into a community rehabilitation center—a place where children with physical disabilities can receive water therapy free of charge. I need someone with community trust to manage the operations and staff.""

Sarah looked at the blueprints. The proposal was genuine, visionary, and rooted in community care.

Tears welling in her eyes, Sarah looked at the drawings, seeing a future where her hard work actually built something lasting for others. She nodded slowly.
