“The evidence presented before this court establishes a clear, systematic pattern of domestic abuse, financial fraud, and malicious coercion on the part of the defendant, Julian Vance,” Judge Harrison announced, her voice ringing with absolute finality. “Furthermore, the violent assault committed on the plaintiff’s thirtieth birthday represents a flagrant violation of the law and a profound betrayal of matrimonial trust.” Julian stood up abruptly at the defense table, his face twisted in desperate denial as he tried to interrupt the judge. “Your Honor, this is a biased miscarriage of justice! She engineered this entire scheme to steal my company!” he shouted, ignoring his attorneys who were desperately pulling at his suit sleeves to force him back down. Judge Harrison slammed her heavy wooden gavel down twice with a resounding crack that silenced the courtroom instantly. “Mr. Vance, your outburst only confirms your utter lack of remorse or self-control. Take him into custody immediately.” Two armed federal marshals stepped forward instantly, grabbing Julian by his arms and slapping heavy steel handcuffs around his wrists before he could utter another protest. He glared across the room at Elena with a look of pure, venomous hatred as he was forcefully hauled away toward the side exit, his expensive blue shirt pulling tightly across his broad shoulders as he vanished down the hallway.
