He liquidated three offshore investment funds and launched **The Tin Car Foundation**—a nationwide nonprofit dedicated to providing emergency medical aid, legal support, and immediate housing for single mothers and homeless families.
At the foundation’s opening gala in central Paris, Julien walked up to the podium, dressed in his classic black suit. Flanked by Claire, Leo, and Theo, the billionaire addressed hundreds of journalists, business leaders, and philanthropists.
"For years, I believed success was measured by how high you could build walls around your wealth," Julien declared into the microphones. "I was wrong. True wealth is measured by the size of the table you build to feed those left behind in the rain. One rusted toy saved my soul because two boys had the bravery to ask for help."
