The grand boardroom was packed with shareholders, reporters, and board members as the emergency vote commenced. Evelyn stood at the podium, exuding confidence and triumph as she presented her case against Leo’s leadership.
""Look at our stock prices!"" Evelyn proclaimed, pointing to a declining chart on the large screen. ""Under this child's emotional management, our profits have dropped by three percent! We are running a business, not a charity! I move for an immediate vote to strip Leo Vance of his voting power and appoint an emergency trustee!""
A murmur of agreement ran through the room of wealthy investors. The gavel was about to fall when the heavy oak doors at the back of the room burst open.
