In the boardroom, Stuart officially took back his position as Chairman. But he didn't call for mass firings or public humiliation. Instead, he announced a massive restructuring of the company's charitable foundation.
""We lost our way because we prioritized profit over people,"" Stuart announced to the board. ""Starting today, 30% of our annual profits will fund job creation, shelters, and second-chance programs for those living on the streets.""
He pointed to Leo. ""And Leo will head our community outreach department.""
