SHE TORE THE DRESS OFF THE WOMAN HE LOVED — IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE FASHION WORLD

Milan Fashion Week pulsed with light and noise inside the grand Palazzo. Cameras flashed like lightning. Music thumped through the speakers. Models in couture gowns glided down the long white runway while the elite of the fashion world watched from the front rows.

Renee Laurent sat in the second row, wearing a sharp black suit. At thirty-nine, she still turned heads, but tonight her attention was fixed on only two people.

Her husband, Victor Laurent, forty-four, stood near the end of the runway, speaking into a headset. And beside him, in a blood-red silk gown that clung to every curve, was Camille Voss — twenty-eight, the star model of the show, and the woman Victor had been sleeping with for eight months.

Renee had known for weeks. Private investigators. Hotel receipts. Photos. She had waited for the perfect stage.

The finale music swelled. The lights brightened. Camille began her final walk down the runway, hips swaying, chin high. Victor watched her with open hunger.

Renee stood up.

She stepped over the velvet rope and onto the runway. Gasps rippled through the audience. Security hesitated — she looked like she belonged.

Victor’s head snapped toward her. His face drained of color.

“Renee—”

She ignored him. She walked straight toward Camille, who had stopped in the middle of the runway, confused. The music kept playing for a few seconds before someone killed it. The sudden silence was deafening.

Renee stopped in front of Camille. Up close, the red gown was even more stunning — delicate straps, deep neckline, fabric that shimmered under the lights.

“You look beautiful,” Renee said, voice calm but loud enough for the front rows to hear. “My husband has good taste.”

Camille’s eyes widened. She took a small step back.

Victor rushed onto the runway. “Renee, stop this right now. You’re making a scene.”

Renee turned to him. “You made the scene the moment you started fucking one of your models in our marriage bed.”

The entire front row heard it. Phones rose. Cameras flashed faster.

Victor grabbed her arm. “That’s enough—”

Renee shook him off violently. She turned back to Camille. Before anyone could react, she reached out, grabbed the delicate strap of the red gown, and yanked hard.

The fabric tore with a loud rip.

Camille gasped and tried to cover herself as the top of the gown slipped down one shoulder. Renee didn’t stop. She grabbed the torn fabric again and pulled harder. Another violent rip echoed through the hall. The gown split down the front, exposing Camille’s black lace bra and most of her torso. The model stumbled backward, arms crossing over her chest in panic.

Screams and shouts erupted from the audience. Security finally moved.

Victor lunged at Renee. He grabbed her shoulders and shoved her hard. Renee stumbled but stayed on her feet. She spun around and slapped him across the face with everything she had. The sound cracked through the sudden silence.

“You don’t get to touch me anymore,” she hissed.

Security reached them. Two large men grabbed Victor and pulled him back. Another tried to help Camille, who was now crying and clutching the ruined dress to her body while photographers captured everything.

Renee stood in the center of the runway, breathing hard, hair slightly disheveled. She looked at the sea of shocked faces and raised phones.

Then she smiled — cold and satisfied.

“Show’s over,” she said into the nearest microphone. “My husband’s company is finished. The investors already know about the embezzlement and the affairs. I made sure of it this morning.”

She turned and walked off the runway with her head high. Security didn’t stop her. No one tried.

Behind her, the fashion show had collapsed into total chaos — shouting, flashing cameras, models frozen on the sides, Camille being hurried backstage half-naked, and Victor struggling against the guards while screaming her name.

Renee didn’t look back.

Outside, the night air of Milan was cool. She got into the waiting car without a word. As it pulled away, she took out her phone and opened the message she had prepared hours earlier.

It was already sent to every major fashion editor and investor:

“Victor Laurent is no longer associated with Laurent Fashion. Effective immediately.”

She leaned back against the seat and closed her eyes.

For the first time in months, she felt like she could finally breathe.
